Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 14 years or older. Overseas entries will not be considered. Employees, employee's immediate families, associated companies, suppliers and agencies of Deal a Day Limited are not eligible to enter this promotion.
When you join this promotion you need to be a suscriber to our daily deals notification until this promotion ends. The promotion starts on 1st January 2011 and ends on 31st December 2011(Promotion Period). A winner would be drawn every month from the list of current subscribers.
The monthly prize is one Apple iPod Touch 32GB.
The winner will be drawn at random by Deal a Day representative at 3:00 pm on 1st of every month from all the eligible entries and will be contacted personally either by email or by telephone.
All entrants must provide full details as required by the process and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. The information provided by you will NOT be supplied to any third party . Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we will use your information.
dealaday.co.nz has a strict no spam policy. Any spam reported will make your entry into this promotion invalid and null. Repeated offence will not be tolerated and will be reported to the concerned authorities.

Only one entry per person is allowed, use of multiple email address will disqualify the user from the draw and the account may be terminated without giving any further reasons or explanation.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize.
Deal a Day does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or email problems.
Deal a Day's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
Deal a Day reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control.
Where the winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide proper identification (e.g. drivers license, passport, birth certificate). Any expenses incurred to claim this prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Deal a Day reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random or to re-offer the prize in any future promotions. On the case of time-sensitive prizes, the prize must be claimed within the deadline stipulated by Deal a Day.
