Our products are chosen and priced to bring the best value possible to our customers.Bringing this level of commitment and value to you allows for the tiniest margin of profit. What this means to you is that we cannot accept returns on any products sold through Deal A Day unless they are found to be defective or faulty as defined by the consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the item has been delivered in a damaged condition please let us know as soon as possible. You need to inform us about any products damaged on receipt within 3 working days of receiving the item. If you are buying a product for future, please check the item anyways when you receive it to ensure it is not damaged. We will not entertain any complaints about damaged items received after 3 working days of delivery.
In the event you feel a product does not meet its description and you wish to return it, please contact us before sending the product to us. While we do require the return of the actual product in most cases, there may be some instances when it is not necessary to do but that must be determined by us.Its need to be returned to us within 7 working days from the day we confirm it to be returned to us.
Should the item require repair, replacement or refund, the cost of returning the original item to us is the customers responsibility.Any cost associated with returning the item to the actual supplier or manufacturer or to customer will be our responsibility.
